Support-Raising Positions
Support-raising positions require the employee to raise funds for Crossover as a deputized agent that is equivalent to the cost of his or her salary.

- Chief Financial Officer
Position Description: The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all financial policies and procedures. As part of the ministry, the officer is also expected to be regularly exposed to the field operations of Crossover, including inspection and review of on-field finances and resources. Furthermore, the officer shall participate regularly in overseas ministries as assigned.
- Development Officer
Position Description: Develop a systematic approach toward funding for Crossover from foundations and individual supporters.
- Director of Human Resources
Position Description: Provide normal human resources requirements, including maintaining personnel records and processes and oversight of benefits programs.
- Coordinator of Short Term Ministries
Position Description: Reporting to the Director of Mobilization, this person is responsible for recruiting individuals and churches as teams; for logistical and financial requirements including oversight of schedule, transportation, safety, and provisions; producing and conducting pre-field preparation of participants and post-event debriefing.
